Throughout the month of July at Moka House Coffee on
Hillside Avenue, local artist Carron Berkes presents a diverse body
of acrylic paintings. They
speak of subtle and vibrant energy,
light, color, shape and form—vignettes celebrating quiet displays of
summer. Infused with simplicity and
imagination, the exhibited works blend realism (Bouquet) with abstraction (Inner Wisdom), while some paintings
morph the boundaries of both realms (The
Alley).
