On November 20, the City of Victoria will hold a referendum to borrow $49.2 million to replace the Blue Bridge. In anticipation of the referendum, johnsonstreetbridge.org is holding a community art show to celebrate our historic bridge, and remind Victorians that its fate will be decided by how they vote.Come see paintings, lithographs, video art, jewelry, sculpture, children's toys – even a bridge-themed skateboard. Some work will be for sale. The bridge belongs to all of us. With ingenuity and effort, it can be saved. Come see what clever Victorians can create!
PLEASE NOTE: The gallery is very small, and can only fit about 30 people at a time. So if you're coming on Friday and you can't get in right away, please be patient!
