Featured Artist: Carl Sean McMahon

Carl Sean McMahon is a native of Salt Spring Island. After graduating Gulf Island Secondary School, he attended the Victoria College of Art before traveling in Asia. He attended the University of Victoria to pursue his interest in art. At the University he explored different artistic disciplines including sculpture, painting, digital media and video production. He graduated in 2008 with a BFA in Visual Arts with a minor in Business. Sean currently lives on Salt Spring Island, working from his studio to focus on his metal sculptures. He is in the process of establishing a Gallery and Metal Shop to further his interests in art.
