Wyn Geleynse is considered a pioneer in
multimedia artistic practices in Canada, with a career in film and video
spanning over three decades. He emigrated from Rotterdam to London, ON,
with his parents in 1953 where he still lives and works. Recent
exhibitions include “Day In Day Out With Minor Tragedies” (The Art
Gallery of Peel, 2010), “Projections”, (a major survey of projection
based works in Canada, 1964 – 2007.University of Toronto, Canada. 2007),
“At Times I Think Too Loudly”, (Galerie Anton Weller, Paris, France
2008), “A Man Trying To Explain Pictures” (Museum London, Ontario,
Canada 2006).
